DMCA / Copyright Infringement Policy

CuckPic respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how to submit a valid DMCA takedown notice or counter-notification.

Submitting a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content hosted on CuckPic infringes your copyright, please send an email to info@cuckpic.com with the following details:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  2. Information sufficient to locate the material (URL, screenshot, timestamp, or chat ID if applicable).
  3. Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
  4. The following statement: “I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
  5. The following statement: “The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
  6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your name preceded by /s/ is sufficient).

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was in error, you may send a counter-notice including:

  1. Identification of the material removed and its prior location.
  2. Your name, address, phone, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant court.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that the removal was due to a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your signature.

Temporary Content

Please note that most user content on CuckPic is ephemeral and automatically deleted after about one hour. Even if the material is no longer available, we encourage you to report any infringement for verification.
